All entries are subject to the conditions of entry (see below) Please make cheques payable to Molesey Amateur regatta and please note the following additional entry conditions for the Junior Regatta

All competitors must be ARA Registered.

J11’s are not permitted to double up in any event (except coxes). Doubling between age groups is done entirely at the competitors own risk. Strictly no Trebling.

Events at J11 and below may be combined into mixed events dependant on the number of entries. (Any mixed crew entries will be placed in the open (Boys) event if seperate events are held.)

In events where there are less than 4 entries, crews will be moved up an age group unless there is a specific request not to do so on the entry form. (Providing the crew still qualifies against rule 3-3-3i)

If the regatta is over subscribed, the events will be reduced using the following criteria. Events with less than 4 entries will be withdrawn. Competitors doubling up will be reduced to one race. (Attempts will be made to ensure everyone gets a race.) Any further reductions required will be spread evenly between clubs

 Victor Ludorum

The C W Kent Trophy (Victor Ludorum) will be awarded to the Club which gains the most points at the Saturday Regatta as follows:

Winners of each eights event - 3 points

Winners of each fours or quads events - 2 points

Winners of each doubles, pairs or singles events - 1 point

Garrick Doubles

Garrick Doubles – This event is an open double scull event. The crew must contain one novice who has no qualifying win in either discipline, sculling or sweep.

Conditions of entry

Entries are accepted subject to the Rules of Molesey Amateur Regatta but competitors should also note the following points

The number of races on Saturday will be limited to approximately 150.

In the event of oversubscription, preference will be given to crews who have paid in full before the Draw.

A minimum of four crews must enter an event - otherwise it may be withdrawn at the Committee’s discretion.

If an event is withdrawn, crews entering will be moved up to the next highest event, unless they have indicated otherwise on the entry form.

Doubling up for crews or boats is permitted but is done at your own risk and it may not be possible to arrange suitable intervals in all events. Trebling is not permitted. The Committee may decline to accept entries which in their view make the racing programme difficult to operate. Please ensure that entry forms contain details of all doubling up including boat doubling.

There will be a surcharge of £5 extra per crew if paid after the draw (for seniors and veterans only). Juniors entries must be paid before draw.

Fees must be fully paid and boats in safe condition to obtain boat numbers on the day. Please note that crews withdrawn after the draw must pay full entry fees. Please make cheques payable to Molesey Amateur Regatta..

If an entry is withdrawn before the closing time for entries, a full refund will be made. No refunds will be made for entries withdrawn after the clsing time for entries. If the Regatta is cancelled or curtailed because of weather conditions or other reasons outside the Regatta's control, a proportionate refund will be made taking account of costs incurred.

The Committee can accept no responsibility for competitors boats and equipment and competitors leaving boats and equipment at the Regatta site do so at their own responsibility

In the event of oversubscription of novice and S3 single sculls only, heats may be held on the evening of Friday 18th July.
